  14. I just want to praise God this morning for so many things! First of all, I am so thankful that Peyton is OK after getting hit in the head by the softball. When I talked to Brian this morning, he said she was doing great. He was so amazed at all the prayers, phone calls and concerns that we given to them. I am thankful to God for that.
I also want to praise God for the awesome change in our church. The Sunday School attendance just keeps growing, the Awana program is bringing in not just children, but parents to hear God’s word. Sunday nights is out of control wonderful. People everywhere excited, smiling, hugging, talking. I thought Sunday night, I bet Heaven is something like this, just blissful!
I praise God for all the action that has been taking place on Sunday during regular service. People accepting Christ, people joining our church and just heartfelt prayers at the altar. We are growing faster than I have ever seen since I have been a member there. But it is not about numbers at all, it is about changes, God honoring changes in people’s hearts! It is about glorifying God in your words and actions and lifting each other up in love and encouragment.
My heart screams with joy every time I think about another day at Henryville First Baptist and what God has in store for us. I praise God for the wilingness of our New Couples Leaders. I praise God for our Youth and their dedication. I am so thankful that God has given me time with them until we hire our new Youth Leader. What an awesome group of teenagers they are. I don’t think I really saw them for who they were, until God put them in my direct path. I already miss them, but excited to see them continue to grow.
I am thankful for Tony Furey’s testimony. What a man of God! I could hear his testimony over and over again and never tire of it because God allows me to always get something new out of it everytime I hear it.
I am thankful for our new Deacon Matt Martin and that He and Melanie are still serving God 100% but in a different direction that God has led them to.
I praise God for Toby & Sonia, Tyler and Dustin and the example they led for all of us. I am so thankful for our leadership, the elderly, the new babies coming, our teachers and directors! To Stella for her dedication and love of the Lord! I am so thankful for Kade and Amy and the blessings they have already been to us at Henryville First Baptist.
I am thankful for our huge group of young adults that just keep filling our Sunday School classes and church pews and how they spend time together outside of church fellowshipping together, caring and loving each other.
I am thankful for a Christian husband and a daughter that loves the Lord and wants to learn everything she can about Him and how great He is. I am thankful for my prayer warrior friends who constantly pray for me. I praise God for my family, my church family and I praise God for the one’s that are in my family that are also in the family of God.
I could go on and on and I really, really want to! I am most thankful to the God of the universe, the only true and living God, my Savior and Shepherd Jesus Christ. Without Him I am nothing, none of us are, but with Him all things are possible!
May your weekend be blessed and may you lift God up in everything you do.
    Forever His,
    Robin
